Der zweite Tag der Sprecherkonferenz ist für mich eigentlich der Wichtigere, denn jetzt geht es um aktuelle Fragen der Medienpolitik - Urheberrecht, Jugendmedienschutzstaatsvertrag, Rundfunkgebührenstaatsvertrag, Netzpolitik, Digitale Dividende und Medienkompetenz. Zum letzgenannten Thema hat man mich gebeten die Berichterstattung zu übernehmen, was ich auch gerne getan habe. Das Land Rheinland-Pfalz ist auf diesem Gebiet absolut Spitze, was meine Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus den anderen Bundesländern nach meinem Vortrag auch neidlos anerkennen. Etwas Vergleichbares gibt es nicht in Deutschland. Mit dem guten Gefühl, dass wir in Rheinland-Pfalz auf einem guten Weg sind, trete ich die Heimreise an. Um 21 Uhr bin ich wieder in Koblenz.
